Sandra Strozier, a proud native and lifelong resident of Decatur, GA in the heart of Atlanta, is deeply committed to the art and science of psychotherapy and counseling. As an authentic "Grady Baby" and a passionate therapist in training, her dedication to mental health shines brightly, especially in supporting overachievers struggling with anxiety and depression. Under the esteemed Clinical Supervision of Ebony Huckabee, LPC, CPCS, and the direction of Jacinta Wills, LPC at 3d Psychotherapy, Sandra is intensively immersed in refining her therapeutic techniques.

Armed with an associate degree in Sociology from Georgia Perimeter College and a BS in Urban Policy Studies from Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, Sandra has acquired profound insights into the psyche of the Metro Atlanta community. Elevating her knowledge further, she pursued a Master of Arts in clinical mental health from the esteemed Clark Atlanta University, School of Counselor Education, making her an ideal fit for 3d Psychotherapy, where the team is committed to enhancing mental well-being.

In her professional journey, Sandra served as an Enforcement Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Atlanta, showcasing her dedication to community upliftment. Beyond her role at HUD, she founded DIVAS, Incorporated., a non-profit aimed at therapeutic interventions, assisting families to navigate the trauma associated with substance use disorders. This venture is a testament to her belief in the transformative power of therapy, especially when targeting issues like anxiety and depression which can often plague high-achieving individuals.

Outside the realms of psychotherapy and counseling, Sandra is an advocate for women's empowerment. She meticulously crafts events in Decatur, GA, ranging from therapeutic weekends aimed at self-growth to delightful culinary experiences, emphasizing the importance of mental self-care for overachievers and everyone alike.

Music, particularly tunes from Johnny Gill, resonates with her soul, often acting as her therapeutic outlet. She's also an avid traveler with a penchant for tranquil beach destinations. Her recent membership in two historic sororities underlines her commitment to community service, echoing her dedication to the realm of psychotherapy and counseling.
